I bought this a while back but had some trouble with the duo clean. I contacted shark honestly just to let them know I was having some trouble and they immediately jumped on the issue and took care of it immediately. I have owned 2 shark lift away vacuums, this piwerdetect and have bought my kids a shark. We love our shark vacuums!

Fairly average. Not really worth the price point

Been using for a year. It is adequate for most routine cleaning but leaves a lot to be desired. Powerdetect is laggy in best conditions, and non functional in others, requiring reset. Suction is generally fine, but requires more than one run over hardwood to get anything granular. Battery life does not last long enough to clean an entire floor without needing recharge. Flex elbow is nice as is the self empty base. I usually default to an older, more effective (and cheaper) model to finish the job, which is disappointing given how excited I was for this model.

I purchased this around 6 weeks ago and it has been really great on the hardwood floors picking up the pet hair. The lights on the roller head help high light the pet hair which is good. The different power levels also support the eco power side.

A definite upgrade

So far so good. This was a recent purchase to replace my old Dyson cordless. I'm loving this so far. I have been able to vacuum my whole house without it dying. It handles both carpet and hardwood well. It cleans great, and the bendable arm is amazing for getting under furniture. I'm also loving not having to dump the bin every five seconds. I have two golden retrievers, and its capacity is blowing me away.
